How clean do the units stay?
Our roll-up doors are weather sealed however each unit will be exposed to dust. We always recommend that furniture, mattresses and clothing be covered.
Is there a contract I have to sign?
Yes, we offer month to month rental agreements.
Do you provide insurance?
We do not provide insurance but we do provide you with information on how to purchase insurance.
Do I need to buy a lock?
Cost of locks are included in admin fee
When can I access my unit?
Gate hours are from 7am to 7pm seven days a week. Please contact our store manager for details on extended access hours.
Do you prorate my move out? Billing starts the 1st of each month and we do not prorate or refund rent. We ask that tenants vacate their unit and turn in their lock by the last day of the month to avoid being charged for the next month.   
Do you offer climate controlled units?
We offer climate control units that will protect your belongings from extreme weather conditions.
Do you have online bill pay?
Secure online bill pay is available through our website free of charge.
What other payment methods do you offer?
Cash, Check, Credit Card. We also provide monthly automatic credit card payments free of charge.
Do you have late fees?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month. If payment is not received by 5pm on the 10th day of the month then a $10 late fee is applied to your account.
Do any of your units require me to use stairs or elevators?
No, all of our units are ground level.
Are drive-up units available?
We have several units available allowing you to load and unload your belongings directly from your vehicle.
Do you sell merchandise at your store?
We offer a large variety of merchandise including boxes and packing supplies. All current customers receive 20% off all merchandise purchased at our store.
Do I have to give notice when I vacate my unit?
We do not require any type of written notice when you want to move out. Simply remove all items from your unit and bring your lock into the front office so the manager can close out your account.
